Job Description

Seeking adjunct faculty to teach Welding courses. Adjuncts needed to teach oxyacetylene and shielded metal arc, including equipment, safety operations, and welding practice. Involves classroom and laboratory instruction.

Adjunct faculty members are responsible for effectively planning and teaching courses in a classroom environment to students with a variety of academic backgrounds and experiences. All college employees are expected to possess sufficient technology skills to work productively in an organization that utilizes significant information and instructional technology resources.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma with 5 years related occupational experience. Must possess ASW certification. Knowledge of industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Associates degree in teaching field. Good working knowledge of computers. Ability to perform basic Blackboard entries.
