Job Description | THIS POSITION PERFORMS A VARIETY OF HOUSEKEEPING DUTIES TO INCLUDE CLEANING OF UNITS AND BATHROOMS, EXCHANGING LINENS, CLEANING AND MAKING UP BEDS IN PATIENT ROOMS. THIS POSITION REQUIRES KNOWLEDGE OF CLEANING CHEMICALS AND MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT, PUSH/PULL HEAVY OBJECTS, STAND FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED THAT ARE WITHIN THE HOUSKEEPING DEPARTMENT MISSION AND AS SITUATIONS WARRANT IN MEETING THE NEEDS OF THE FACILITY. PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING IN HOUSEKEEPING PREFERRED. EEO. OFFER CONTINGENT UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF REFERENCES AND BACKGROUND CHECKS AND LABS. SALARIES FOR CURRENT STATE EMPLOYEES WILL BE DETERMINED ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT STATE COMPENSATION POLICY. COMPLETED STATE APPLICATION IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
