Job Description

BRCC is currently building a pool of potential applicants for these adjunct faculty positions, should they become available. There may or may not be any positions currently available, however, in order to be considered for current/future openings, please follow the application process outlined below.

Part-time position(s) providing motorcycle rider instruction. Candidates must have successfully completed the Virginia RiderCoach training course and have a current Motorcycle Safety Foundation certification. Instructors teach an average of six (6) two-day classes (Saturdays and Sundays, 7:30am-5:00pm) per year, April through October. Class size for the Beginning Rider Course (BRC) is a maximum of 12 students, with no more than six students per instructor. Instructors must have good communication skills and be able to explain techniques and concepts to beginners. All classes are held at the main BRCC campus in Weyers Cave.
