Job Description

THIS POSITION IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO ACTIVE DMV EMPLOYEES OR STATE EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE BEEN LAID OFF AND POSSESS AN ACTIVE BLUE OR YELLOW CARD.
This position is responsible performing daily audit reviews on the DMV selects title work. Keeps records of the day the work received, completed and sent to imaging. Answer questions for the selects or other depts. concerning the Select program. Keeps track on spreadsheets and corresponds with the DMV Select agents on the findings. Reviews and keeps track of all exception reports for the DMV Selects with 3 or fewer employees. Reviews unpaid settlements for the Selects and follows up with them. Monitor completion of the random QRT’s, sent to the CSCS and DMV Selects, follow up on the findings. Prints the Buddy checklist and ensures they are reviewed for deficiencies. Report to management when procedures are not being followed. Establishing what are training needs with the Selects. Take lead in putting together workshops, preparing material and conducting throughout the year. Conducts dealer audits, which include random, vendor switches and closeouts. Assist Deputy Director with projects and attend meetings when needed. The omission of specific statements does not preclude management from assigning other specific duties if such duties are a logical assignment to the position.

Minimum Qualifications

*Knowledge of the DMV’s Customer Service reconciliation methods and procedures
*Demonstrated ability to compile information and prepare cohesive/concise feedback to management

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments
    *Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
    *Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external customers and work cooperatively with others in a team setting
    *Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and respond positively to changing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in CSC auditing is preferred. Basic working knowledge of personal computers and associated applications. Knowledge of Customer Service Center policies and procedures. Two-year college degree in accounting, finance, business or information systems and/or at least 2 years of auditing experience is desired.
