The Virginia Lottery is seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager to direct and lead the statewide Corporate Account Management Program. The Sr. Business Development Manager will lead account prioritization, strategic planning, resource allocation and coordination of all corporate account activities between various internal and external customers.

In addition, this position will manage the 3 Business Development Managers to include development, training, coaching and managing performance. The Senior Business Development Manager will perform ongoing analysis of sales and operations to identify opportunities within existing accounts, as well as develop plans, proposals, promotions and incentives.

-Management/Leadership Experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Field Sales, Sales Management and/or Key Account Management.

A 4-year degree or comparable field experience preferred. A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.

Special Requirements

The selected candidate must be able to pass a background investigation, and possess a valid Driver’s License.
